中石油为何不涨！网友分析 我觉得很有道理转过来
为什么很多股票都涨了，中石油不涨？真的是价值投资者不参与吗？真的是不值得投资所以机构都没有建仓吗？
假设有一个机构目前有500亿左右的资金，准备在A股投机，他会怎么做呢？拿出大概20%的资金（100亿）左右，来打压中石油的价格，使中石油维持在目前你们看到的这个价位，他们并不吸筹，只是让中石油保持在这个价位区间里。
余下的400亿会准备投入股指期货市场（大概可以买8万手）。为什么呢？等股指期货出来后，对应的标的（沪深300）一个指数对应300元/RMB的收益，在股指期货真正运行起来后，再拉升中石油的股价，假设，从30元开始拉升，中石油每涨1元，对应的沪指会涨30个点，沪深300大概会涨5~6个点，加之中石化的联动作用，沪深300大概会涨10个点左右，如果将股价拉升到40元，机构不仅在股票上的收益是30%，同时在期货市场的收益是 ： 中石油涨了10元*10点（沪深300指数）*300元/点**8万手==24亿的收入。如果股价拉升20元，机构挣的更多！
但如果现在散户都蜂拥购买，股价保持在50元左右的话，那么机构就很难通过拉升股价获得如此丰厚的收益，可做空中石油，机构手中又没有了筹码，所以机构就只能小幅度的拉升，毕竟对机构来说少赚也是赚！所以股价的高低目前还不是投资价值的事，是大的投机者在控制他，就看谁的力量更大了，前些天中石油大涨的那次，很快就有大量的股票被放出来打压股价，正说明了这点，其实股票市场上散户的集体力量最可怕，但散户们可以被机构分个击破！
简单易见的鬼故事，或者狼来了就可以把散户们吓破胆，对机构来说，通过中石油挣钱就这么简单。
